A breve distanza sono presenti diverse attività e servizi (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Centro Sportivo, Supermercati, Centro Commerciale, Bar/Pub e Ristoranti) ed è possibile trascorrere il tempo libero all'aria aperta grazie ai parchi cittadini/aree verdi e alla pista ciclabile /percorso pedonale del fiume Piovego. L'appartamento è completamente ristrutturato ed è composto da 4 camere singole e 1 doppia, 2 bagni, e un attico composta da una camera singola, una camera matrimoniale, un bagno in comune. Living room, fully equipped kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, etc.), hob, 1 electric oven and 1 microwave oven, n. 2 refrigerators, WI-FI, TV, washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning in every room, dedicated garage for cars/bicycles. The apartment is located on the fifth floor with an attic with direct access to the terrace. The area is completely fenced and there is concierge staff and night surveillance service.
