It will be about € 80/100 per day - For bookings of several months, you can terminate the contract earlier with at least 1 month's notice. A shorter notice period will result in deposit retention. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - Electricity fee (€75 per month), internet, and "other" building administration costs are paid at check-in and at the beginning of each rental month. - The electricity fee is an advance payment. We will read the electricity meter together at check-in, and you will have an allowance of 150 kWh per month included in the fee. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.50 per kWh. - Cleaning fee for fresh sheets/towels is a one-time payment at check-in. - A €600 deposit ensures proper use of the apartment's furniture.
