The flat can comfortably accommodate two people and is located in an enviable position: just 200 meters from the Porto Antico, 250 meters from the wonderful Cala Porta Vecchia beach, and within walking distance of all points of interest. District equipped with every essential service and excellent restaurants, for a comfortable stay! The 58 sqm apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the mezzanine floor (two steps) of a building without an elevator and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, Moka, wood oven, and traditional oven; - Living area with dining table, sofa, and smart TV - Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe, and split AC - Toilet with access from the room, equipped with WC, bidet, and shower box (1 step to access it). Additional facilities available for the guests: independent heating, UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: The historic center of Monopoli is located within a limited traffic area so the apartment can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited. From June to September the historic center can be reached by using 3 Park & ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or by using the bus that leaves from the station for the center. Guest access The apartment is at guests' disposal! Other things to note All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: - 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; - 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00. CITY TAX The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash. The city tax is payable for each overnight stay, at any time of the year, in accommodation facilities located in the territory of the City of Monopoli up to a maximum of 14 consecutive overnight stays for the entire calendar year.
