It’s on the first floor, facing the street and the inner courtyard, of a nice typical “ringhiera” building. Entering in the apartment there is the hall, the modern bathroom with a large shower, bidet and a window. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, table and 2 foot stools. The aisle leads you the bright and airy beautiful modern living room, with 2 windows, the TV, a 6 persons table with a design floor lamp, a white leather couch, a stylish leather pouf, used as side table of the couch. The bookcase will be free for your books! From another aisle, you can go to the dreamy bedroom with a queen size bed, drawers and a large wardrobe. There is no AC in the apartment, but there is a fan on the ceiling in the living room and another fan in the bedroom. We could provide a portable AC if requested. The street is quite busy, but keeping the windows closed, it’s very quiet. The apartment is bright and it has all the comforts. High speed internet connection. Area description Safe residential area, between Navigli district and Bocconi, 10 minutes from Duomo directly by the tram nr 3. Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shops and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, an Auditorium for classical music concerts and opera, a club, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. Bocconi and NABA Universities are 5 minutes walking. IULM and Cattolica are very close as well. You can easily reach also Marangoni in max 20 minutes by public transports. Porta Genova metro station is 15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by tram. Please keep in mind the final cleaning will be charged separately and will be around € 300. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
