High-speed internet connection is available upon request. Complete and functional to the smallest detail, Torre guarantees a relaxing and pleasant stay in the heart of Florence’s historic center. This apartment is located in a quiet and elegant building and is recommended only to those who do not intend on leading a boisterous nightlife. The apartment is non-smoking. It is located on the second floor, with an elevator. Apartment Torre is a small studio apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, located in the pedestrian-only district about twenty meters from the Piazza Del Duomo and Giotto’s Campanile. The apartment is in a historic building built in the 1200s, which once housed the workshops of famous artists Donatello and Michelozzo. A historic marker on the building reads, “That within these walls, like brothers, the sculptors practiced and refined their trade.” During a recent renovation, traces of doorways and windows have been uncovered that date back to the original “Tower Houses” of the 1200s. IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE - - The monthly rent is € 790, but if the booking period is less than three months there is a 10% increase in the price - For utility costs, each apartment has its own meters for reading.
