The building has a historic charm, though it comes with a few unique features, such as a plumbing system that dates back to its era. Located in one of the quietest areas of Vilamoura, the apartment is a short drive from the Marina and the Falésia beaches. → Bedrooms The apartment has one bedroom with air conditioning and a queen-size bed. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living room The living room features air conditioning, smart TV, dining table for 4, a sofa-bed and access to a private terrace with barbecue and pool view. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave/oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a french press coffee maker (coffee not included). → Swimming Pool The swimming pool is shared with the condominium. Things to Know: Renovation works are currently underway in the building with no confirmed completion timeline. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
