The villa is fully equipped, has A/C and is inserted in a condominium with swimming pool with sea view, garden and also garage with two parking spaces. → Building Duplex townhouse with direct access to the condominium pool that is shared by owners and guests from all over the world, creating a pleasant atmosphere with an international flair. All living spaces have free WiFi access, air conditioning, heating and electric blinds. Free parking is also available. → Rooms The property has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, an optional crib, balcony with sea view, air conditioning, electric blinds and TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, garden view, air conditioning and television. → Bathrooms The property has two bathrooms. One with a combination whirlpool tub and shower and the other being a toilet with sink. → Living/Dining Room The Living/Dining Room is equipped with Smart TV (with Netflix account), Satellite TV (English and Portuguese), a work desk and direct access to the garden and pool. → Terrace The house has a relaxing terrace with outdoor furniture. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). → Common Area In the common area you will have access to an outdoor pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, sun loungers and garden. → Parking Two parking spaces in the underground parking lot. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox.
