Kiso is a 100 square meter apartment in Lisbon’s Santo Antonio neighborhood with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and one half-bathroom. The apartment uses bold colors and one of a kind detailing to create a calming atmosphere. Upon walking into the apartment, there is a dining room to the left with wooden detailing on the walls. The living room next door pulls from Japanese inspiration with a unique rock garden complete next to the lounge area. There is a comfortable couch and pouffe facing the Smart TV, which is surrounded by custom made shelves. Windows line the back wall to allow for light throughout the space. Down the hallway, there is a first bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It is fitted with a Queen-sized bed and characteristic fabric paneling above. There is a dedicated work space with a desk for any work from home needs. The ensuite comes with shower. There is a second ensuite bedroom, also fitted with a work area and queen-sized bed. This bedroom’s design matches the wood detailing of the dining room. The ensuite bathroom comes with a bathtub with shower. In the hallway, there is a half-bath for guests to use. The kitchen comes with the original layout but with modern finishings. It is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. Behind the kitchen there is a small indoor patio with a small round breakfast table. For maximum comfort, the apartment comes equipped with individual air conditioning units. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort.
