Otaka is a 77 square meter apartment in Barcelona’s Eixample Esquerra inspired by the Hotaka mountains. This 2 bedroom 2 bath has a private office and small balcony. Simple geometric wood decor compliments the wooden ceiling beams, a typical feature of Catalan architecture. The living room has a custom-made table below the TV and a Japanese inspired zen garden. The dining table and the kitchen table are both made using bricks and wood, combining industrial and rustic. The modern kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking utensils and appliances, and features a small outside area. The first bedroom, fitted with a queen-sized bed, is decorated in shades of white and blue. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a wooden bookshelf on the wall above. The private office is perfect for the remote-worker, equipped with a long desk and chairs. The two bathrooms have showers. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *(hidden) cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. We may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements.
