The apartment is located in a building adjacent to other 3 apartments of the same landlord, rented by international (usually NABA) students. There is a nice common outdoor area, with table and chairs, where you can meet the other students and have enjoy your time together. This outdoor area is very particular, thanks to pop art and vintage design pieces, ancient slot machines too! Those objects were located in the restaurant of the landlord she had nearby, but now it’s not existing anymore and for her dad was a pity to sell these unique original 30’s – 90’s objects. Area description Safe residential area, just 2 minutes walking from NABA. It’s in Navigli area, close to Bocconi, 10 minutes from Duomo directly by the tram nr 3. You can enjoy a nice walk watching cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, an Auditorium for classical music concerts and opera, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. SDA Bocconi is 10 minutes walking. IULM and Cattolica are very close as well. Porta Genova metro station is 15 minutes walking.
