(English version below!) Servus! Da mein sehr nette Mitbewohnerin Meng ausziehe wird seinen wunderschönes Altbauzimmer mit Fischgrätparkett, hohen Decken und Flügeltüren im 8. Bezirk frei. Sein Zimmer ist ab (hidden) beziehbar. Das Zimmer hat etwa 22 m2, W-LAN sowie LAN-Anschluss mit 125 Mbit Internet und 2 große Fenster. Vorhangschienen sind praktischerweise auch eingebaut. Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist etwa 110 m2 groß, hat 3 ungefähr gleich große Zimmer, sowie eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und 2 Kühlschränken, ein Bad mit eigener Waschmaschine und Badewanne und ein getrenntes WC. Die gesamte Wohnung besticht mit klassischem Wiener Altbau Charme. Lage: Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein, in 3 Minuten ist man an der U6 Alserstraße oder an der 43/44 Station Brünnlbadgasse, in 5 Minuten erreicht man die Linie 5 (Florianigasse, Lange Gasse oder Albertgasse), die Linie 2 (Albertgasse), den 13A (Skodagasse). Schottentor, Rathaus, Josefstädter Straße und Michelbeuern sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Uni Wien Campus ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, NIG und MedUni in 10 und das Uni Wien Hauptgebäude in 15 Minuten. TU, WU und BOKU sind in 20 Minuten öffentlich erreichbar. Miete: Die Kaltmiete beläuft sich auf 380€, wobei noch etwa 50-60€ Strom/Gas-Kosten sowie 20€ für Haushaltsversicherung und Internet hinzukommen. Das kann sich allerdings noch geringfügig ändern. WG-Leben: In der Wohnung wohnt ich, Jiachen, PhD in Informatik an der Uni Wien und ursprünglich aus China kommt. Bevor ich nach Wien kam, habe ich in München studiert. Da mein Deutsch noch nicht fließend genug ist, spreche ich die meiste Zeit Englisch. Aber ich würde auch gerne Deutsch mit dir sprechen. Zudem wird das restliche Zimmer auch mit vorraussichtlich Anfang August frei und ein(e) neuer Mitbewohner/In wird einziehen. Aber mein andere nette Mitbewohner Ruochen haben noch nicht entschieden, wer sie/er sein wird. In den letzten zwei Jahren hatte ich ein tolles WG-Leben mit Meng und Ruochen. Wir spielen gelegentlich Games, chatten zusammen nach einem ganzen Tag Studium/Arbeit und wir sind auch zusammen gereist (vor dem Covid). Deshalb hoffe ich für unsere 3er-WG eine nette, unkomplizierte Mitbewohner/In zu finden, mit der wir auch gemütlich beisammensitzen können. WG-Erfahrung wäre optimal. Berufstätige oder Student/In gut passen. Ich liebe es sauber (Putzplan), trenne natürlich den Müll und sind sehr verantwortungsbewusst - auch in Bezug auf Wohnung und Mobiliar.
