The flat is on the first floor, there is a living room with a large kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) -- a large double room, a corridor, a bathroom and a single room with a large wardrobe and a bed. It is located in the Porta Romana area, less than 15 minutes walk from the centre, 15 minutes from Via de Bardi, just outside the ztl (very well served area, residential, safe, and with all services at hand under the house: post office, shops, bars, ice cream parlour, bakery, bus stops) MONTHLY RENTAL of the whole house : € if you rent the whole house --- EURO 280 FOR EACH BED , AT PERSON OR (560 euro for the big room single use ) CONDOMINUM : € 25 for the each person RENTAL PERIOD: from 1 septemebr for 12 months contract. L'appartamento è al piano primo, c'è un ingresso soggiorno con ampia cucina (con lavastoviglie e lavatrice ) -- una stanza doppia ampia , un corridoio un bagno ed una camera singola con ampia armadiatura e letto 1 piazza e mezza.
