(U3) right across the corner Despite the fact that the building is located in the center of Berlin, the street is very quiet Amenities: - balcony - bedlinen set - towels - fully equipped kitchen - washing machine Information regarding the contract and deposit: In order to schedule a check-in time and to hand you the key of your new home, we would need to receive the deposit (2 month's rent) at our bank account. Careful: a proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into consideration when you book. After the booking on the platform, you will have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and to sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we will except the deposit to hit our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you to transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. In case that you don't transfer the deposit on time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent. Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
Een bezichtiging is via HousingAnywhere niet nodig! Want:

- Zonder bezichtigingen heeft iedereen evenveel kans, of je nou al in de buurt bent of nog van ver moet komen.
