Two rooms are available in our shared flat and we might be looking for you :) The free room is the one with the number 4 (01.06) and the room 8 (01.07) in the floor plan. The following items are included in the rent and service charges: - Electricity - water - sewage - rubbish - caretaker service - internet - heating system Location Our flat-sharing community is centrally located on Wilhelmsplatz in Stuttgart-Bad Canstatt in König-Karl-Str. The underground station "Wilhelmsplatz" is only a 2-minute walk away. From here, the "U1" line will take you to Vaihingen and Fellbach, the "U2" to Botnang and Neugereut, the "U13" to Feuerbach and Hedelfingen, the "U16" to Fellbach and Giebel and finally the "U19" to Neckarstadion and Neugereut. The transport connections are great and if there is no train, you can also take the new "express bus" X1 directly to Stuttgart city centre. Or simply walk to the S-Bahn. You can reach it after about 5 minutes. In the direct vicinity you will find a REWE, a bakery, a Rossmann, a DM, various banks and in the Canstatter Carré (approx. 5 min walk) also a Lidl, a Kaufland and a MediaMarkt. Shared flat life We are looking for nice flatmates for our vacant rooms. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us and of course there is a cleaning schedule in the shared flat.
