Cancellation conditions applicable to the Student rate: 1.1 In the event of cancellation prior to the arrival date set in the reservation, the client has to inform us no later than one (1) month prior to the scheduled arrival date. If this deadline is not met, we may charge a cancellation fee equal to one (1) month's rent. 1.2 In the event of a postponement of the arrival date, the client must inform the Residence concerned at least (1) month before the arrival date set in the reservation. In case of non-respect of this delay, the rent will be due from the date of arrival planned in the reservation. 1.3 In case of early departure, the client must inform the Residence concerned by giving one (1) month's notice.
