Supermarkets are within a few minutes walking distance. (Aldi, Penny, Lidl, Edeka, Budni, pharmacy, bakery, kiosk). Shared flat-life Joint activities are welcome, but not obligatory, depending on how it fits. I (a nice man, 40 years old architect) and one other person live in the flat. There are only two of us in a 3-room flat. Parties and smoking are not allowed. We love cleanliness and clean the flat together every weekend.
