PRICING - Different prices are set for different months due to the apartment being offered for short-term stays as well. Rent for January may differ from rent for June. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, please inquire about the adjusted price. It will be about € 80 per day, or more, depending on the season; "Other" cost is administrator cost. This money goes to him, not to me. 5 PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA.
