Top floor of a 3 levels family house with garden. We are a family with 2 kids living on level 1 and 2. We do not use level 3 (top floor of the house) which is fully furnished. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/living room, 2 well-sized double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, WC, etc. and second separate WC with a washbasin. Each bedroom can be locked. We can also lend linens and towels if needed. The price is per bedroom and includes utilities such as water, electricity, gas for the central heating, Internet within reasonable consumption. We are also open to rent per week or for long-weekend stays. Although there is no entrance door to level 3, it is a fairly independent living area as you would only share the staircase with us.
