The flat is on the first floor, there is a living room with a large kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine) -- a large double room, a corridor, a bathroom and a single room with a large wardrobe and a bed. It is located in the Porta Romana area, less than 15 minutes walk from the centre, 15 minutes from Via de Bardi, just outside the ztl (very well served area, residential, safe, and with all services at hand under the house: post office, shops, bars, ice cream parlour, bakery, bus stops) MONTHLY RENTAL of the whole house : € if you rent the whole house --- (560 euro for the big room and 390 euro for the small room) CONDOMINUM : € 35 euro at perons- at month RENTAL PERIOD: from now until (hidden)8.2026 possibility of a 12 months contract. - tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
Hoe huur je deze woning
Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
