Rent a bed for €425.00 per month plus €30.00 for bills, in room number 2, to share with a friend who will occupy the other bed for the same price, so you'll pay €850.00 plus €60.00 for two. If you look at the floor plan, the apartment consists of bedroom 1, bedroom 2, and an additional room with a single bed, a bathroom, and a shared kitchen. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 each have two beds that can easily be joined to form a double, so both rooms can also be rented for single occupancy to one person for €750.00 plus €30.00 for expenses. However, when one of the two rooms is rented as a single, the other must be rented as a double, and bedroom 1 usually remains a double for €850.00 plus €60.00 for expenses. The third bedroom (additional room) has no windows because it is internal and has two accesses (one from the kitchen and one from the entrance), so it is usually available to guests. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
