Rent a bed for €450.00 per month in room number 2 (plus €30.00 fixed for bills) to share with a friend who will occupy the other bed at the same price, so you will pay €900.00 plus €60.00 for bills for two. If you look at the floor plan photo, the apartment consists of bedroom number 1, bedroom number 2 and an additional room with only one bed, bathroom and kitchen to share. Bedroom number 1 and bedroom number 2 each have two beds that can easily be joined to form a double bed, so both rooms can also be rented as single use to one person at a cost of €800.00 plus €30.00 for bills. However, according to the booking requests, when one of the two rooms is rented as a single, the other must be rented as a double and bedroom number 1 usually remains a double at a cost of €900.00 plus €60.00 for bills. The third bedroom (additional room) does not have windows because it is internal and has double access (one from the kitchen and one from the entrance), so it is usually available to guests.
