Offering two rooms with a double bed, and one desk each, a kitchen/dining area, a bathroom and a front-view balcony, the apartment is ideal for families, friends and traveling groups of up to 2 persons. Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the apartment has the possibility to accomodate 1-2 people, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost. NO ELEVATOR AVAILABLE We have many other apartments in the building next door, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone! The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 15-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia and Victoria metro stations are only 3-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops, around the apartment, are also at hand to ease your transportation all around the city. The Neighbourhood: A truly boheme neighbourhood in the heart of Athens. Famous for its artistic essence and boheme aura, it is mostly inhabited and frequented by artists, musicians, writers, actors and creative minds. The terrace of the apartment building next door is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks. Access to the apartment: You have access to all the rooms of the apartment. Communication with guests: We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible. As we also live in the building next door, we are always eager to help regarding any issue that might occur during their stay in the apartment...

Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:
