EN My apartment is in zone 1 in Milan, in Via Crivelli, a very quiet street, less than 10 minutes on foot from Bocconi, the Statale, the polyclinic, and 15 minutes from the Milan Cathedral, with a nice park in front. Furthermore, the Crocetta stop of the yellow metro is a 5-minute walk away, while some of the most important trams are a 2-minute walk away, such as the 9 or 29 of the ring road or the 24 that leads to the Duomo. There are many shops and bars/restaurants in the area, considering also that the canals are a 15-minute walk and 5 minutes by direct tram. The house is comfortable, I rent two rooms both well furnished with a desk. I provide bed linen and towels and room cleaning once a week, included in the price, but I ask guests to keep the room in good condition. In the refrigerator, there is a space dedicated to each guest and free access to the kitchen. I have been renting rooms for many years, I live alone with my old and quite dog, and I have always established an excellent relationship with the guys who have alternated from all over the world, I have remained friends with many of them and they often come and visit me. Some of them in the past have decided to have a family relationship with me, they asked me to eat often together, otherwise, I give maximum privacy and freedom. The owner lives in the apartment and at least one month's notice is required to leave the room. Expenses related to the consumption of air conditioning and hot air are not included in the price. IT Il mio appartamento è in zona 1 a Milano, in Via Crivelli, una via molto tranquilla, meno di 10 muniti a piedi dalla Bocconi, dalla Statale, dal policlinico e 15 minuti dal Duomo di Milano, con un bel parco davanti. Inoltre la fermata Crocetta della metropolitana gialla è a 5 minuti a piedi, mentre alcuni dei tram più importanti sono a 2 minuti a piedi, come il 9 o il 29 della circonvallazione o il 24 che porta in Duomo. Ci sono tanti negozi e bar/ristoranti nella zona, considerando inoltre che i navigli sono a 15 minuti a piedi e 5 minuti con il tram diretto. La casa è confortevole, io affitto due camere Entrambe ben arredate con scrivania. Io fornisco lenzuola e asciugamani e una pulizia della camera 1 volta alla settimana, incluse nel prezzo, ma chiedo agli ospiti di mantenere la stanz(hidden)uono stato. Nel frigorifero c'è uno spazio dedicato a ciascun ospite e libero accesso alla cucina. Sono tanti anni che affitto le camere, vivo da sola con il mio vecchio e mansueto cane, e ho sempre instaurato un ottimo rapporto con i ragazzi che si sono alternati da ogni parte del mondo, con molti di loro sono rimasta amica e spesso passano a trovarmi. Alcuni di loro in passato hanno deciso di avere un rapporto familiare con me, mi chiedevano di mangiare spesso insieme, altrimenti io da massima privacy e libertà. La proprietaria vive nell'appartamento ed è richiesto un preavviso di almeno un mese per lasciare la stanza. Le spese legate al consumo di aria condizionata e aria calda non sono incluse nel prezzo....
