A short distance away there are numerous activities and services (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Sports Center, Supermarkets, Shopping Center, Bars / Pubs and restaurants) and it is possible to spend free time outdoors thanks to the city parks / green areas and cycle / pedestrian itinerary of the Piovego river. Double room with bathroom for exclusive use A fixed initial contribution of 150 euros is required for entry into the apartment, which includes registration of the contract (taxes and stamps) end 200 euros for room sanitization. L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato ed è composto da 5 stanze singole e 1 doppia, 4 bagni, spazio living, cucina completamente attrezzata ((pentole, piatti, posate etc.), piano cottura ad induzione, 1forno elettrico e 1 forno a microonde, macchina caffè espresso, 2 frigoriferi, WI-FI, TV, lavatrice e asciugatrice, aspirapolvere, climatizzatori in ogni camera, garage dedicato per auto/biciclette. L’appartamento è situato al piano terra del Residence con accesso diretto all’area verde. L’area è interamente recintata ed è presente il personale di Portineria e servizio di sicurezza notturno. Ogni stanza viene consegnata comprensiva di: letto, lenzola, coperte piumino, cuscino, armadi, scrivania, presa TV, libreria, climatizzatore. Ubicato tra Via Pellizzo e Via Turazza consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi le varie facoltà Universitarie, il Portello, L’Azienda Ospedaliera ed il Centro cittadino. Il quartiere è servito dalle linee del trasporto pubblico ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale (2,4 Km). A breve distanza sorgono numerose attività e servizi (Decathlon, Old Wilde West, Centro Sportivo, Supermercati, Centro Commerciale, Bar/Pub e ristoranti) ed è possibile trascorrere il tempo libero all’aria aperta grazie ai parchi cittadini/aree verdi ed all’itinerario ciclo/pedonale del fiume Piovego.
