The apartment, about 63 square meters, consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with a double sofa bed for occasional guests, an equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with shower. My flat is an ideal accommodation for couples, students or families with children. We put the entire apartment at your disposal, complete with every comfort and equipment such as: - air conditioning, heating; - kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator; - washing machine, iron; - satellite TV, wi-fi, internet line; - large shower, hairdryer. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and safe, easy to park. In the area, there are bars, a McDonald's, a rotisserie, a couple of restaurants/pizzerias, a historic pastry shop, a pharmacy, a laundry, shops, and shops for everyday needs. For weekly shopping and for your "out of hours" needs, there is a supermarket nearby that is open until 10 pm and on holidays (closes at 9 pm). The house is very close to the city center, Piazzale Michelangelo and the station. Palazzo Vecchio, the Accademia Gallery, and the main museums of Florence are in the center.
