Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! Additionally, not only all of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like electricity, water and internet, but we also offer numerous other facilities that are included in the price. Whether you would like to do sports in our fitness rooms, study in the coworking areas or socialise during organised workshops and events; We have it all! We are located in ‘Wedding’, which has become one of the trendiest areas in Berlin, throughout recent years. With countless bars, restaurants and shops right around the corner, this district has everything you may need within walking distance. Furthermore, due to its central location, all other exciting parts of Berlin can easily be reached by public transportation, with U6 and U9 lines arriving at the Leopoldplatz (2-mintue walk) on a regular basis. With open-minded and international people this place will not only provide you with an amazing new home, but you will also be part of our international and open-minded community, that you do not want to miss out on. Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges. Flexibele annuleringen
Als een huurder binnen 24 uur na de bevestiging annuleert - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
Als je annuleert en je intrekdatum:
- meer dan 30 dagen in de toekomst ligt - Volledige restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- tussen de 30 en 7 dagen in de toekomst ligt - 50% restitutie van de eerste maand huur.
- 7 dagen of minder in de toekomst ligt - Geen restitutie
Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
Een bezichtiging is via HousingAnywhere niet nodig! Want:
- Alle woningen op HousingAnywhere zijn voorzien van foto's en een duidelijke beschrijving. Als iets niet duidelijk is, kun je eenvoudig contact opnemen met de verhuurder.
- Zonder bezichtigingen heeft iedereen evenveel kans, of je nou al in de buurt bent of nog van ver moet komen.
- HousingAnywhere zorgt ervoor dat de woning is zoals geadverteerd, door pas geld naar de verhuurder te sturen nadat je er succesvol bent ingetrokken.
