The living room has two sofas, a 55“ television and a balcony overlooking the street. The apartment comes fully furnished and the kitchen fully stocked. Home appliances are included in the apartment: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, television, lamps, and lights. The apartment has new double-glazed windows, renovated original floorboards, and most of the apartment has just been painted. We are looking for a good, responsible female tenant, who will enjoy the apartment and take good care of it, someone who will make a great roommate for the others living there and an excellent neighbour for the people living upstairs (the owners) and downstairs.
