Hello! We are renting out a room in our apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is close to Wieselgrensplatsen and Rambersvallen's tram/bus stops. It takes (by tram or bus) 7 minutes to the city center, 18 minutes to Chalmers, 16-22 minutes to the University of Gothenburg, and 15 minutes to Volvo Car Torslanda. Buses and trams run approximately every 2-3 minutes. Here are some facilities nearby: u can find McDonald's, supermarkets like Willys and Coop, Bravida Arena (football stadium), Lundby Badhus (swimming pool and gym), Nordic Wellness (gym), Keillers Park (beautiful mountain park for daily hiking), Volvo Groups facilities within 100-500 meters. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower) and a glassed balcony. One of the bedrooms is available for rent. The room is equipped with a double bed (140 wide), a working desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a bedside table. Bed sheets are also provided if desired. You will share the apartment with me, my girlfriend, who is a student. The monthly rent is 700 euros, or the corresponding amount in Swedish crowns. U will receive a contract and a recipt for each monthly rent. The first month's rent will be paid through Housinganywhere, but other months and the deposition by cash. The deposition can be paid in euros too. The apartment will be available from the 15th of August. Some rules: - We keep the apartment clean by a fair cleaning schedule. - 22:00-06:00 is silence time in Sweden. u can still listen to music or talk on the phone but with a lower volume. - As quiet individuals who appreciate our privacy, we kindly ask that no parties/friends or smoking be held here. - If u have family members/friends that want to visit u, there is a possibility to rent a Guest apartment for max of 7 days for 200 SEK per night if available. Hoe boek ik deze woning
Als je een woning hebt gevonden die je leuk vindt, is het vrij eenvoudig om te boeken. Zowel de huurder als de verhuurder moeten dit bevestigen voordat de boeking kan worden voltooid. Het werkt als volgt:
- Selecteer je datums om de beschikbaarheid te controleren.
- Neem contact op met de verhuurder door op de contactknop te klikken.
- Stel jezelf voor aan de verhuurder. Stel eventuele vragen die je hebt.
- Als je geen vragen meer hebt en klaar bent om te boeken verstuur je een boekingsverzoek.
- Als de verhuurder akkoord gaat en de betaling is voltooid, heb je de woning succesvol geboekt.
Een bezichtiging is via HousingAnywhere niet nodig! Want:
- Alle woningen op HousingAnywhere zijn voorzien van foto's en een duidelijke beschrijving. Als iets niet duidelijk is, kun je eenvoudig contact opnemen met de verhuurder.
- Zonder bezichtigingen heeft iedereen evenveel kans, of je nou al in de buurt bent of nog van ver moet komen.
- HousingAnywhere zorgt ervoor dat de woning is zoals geadverteerd, door pas geld naar de verhuurder te sturen nadat je er succesvol bent ingetrokken.
