It has a style and modern decoration dominated by natural materials such as wood and iron, with a common space for the living room and kitchen, a toilet with shower and a bedroom with a double bed and a half-height dressing area, with the wooden beams that create an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The living room has a comfortable two-seater sofa, a table with two chairs and a television. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic appliances and utensils necessary to live. The apartment is small but it is very cozy, modern, and fully equipped, as well as being located in one of the most attractive and central neighborhoods of the city. This duplex is perfect both for a single person and for a couple who want to enjoy their stay in Barcelona in a nice apartment with a fantastic location. The apartment has access to a magnificent terrace for common use, which has a wooden table and is the perfect corner for breakfast in the sun with excellent views of the city. The apartment enjoys an unbeatable location in the Born neighborhood, a few steps from the famous Arc de Triomf, the Ciutadella Park, the Picasso Museum, and Santa María del Mar. This area is known for its fantastic streets full of culture and history but also bars, restaurants, and shops. Als je klaar bent om te huren, kun je het volgende doen:

We houden alle betalingen vast die je via ons platform doet voor je intrek, inclusief de eerste maand huur en een eventuele borg. Na je aankomst heb je 48 uur de tijd om te controleren of de woning is zoals je had verwacht. We sturen je geld alleen naar de verhuurder als alles in orde is.
