We rent single and double rooms with an "all-inclusive" formula to students and young professionals. We always ensure the highest level of care, quality, security, and respect for the environment.Only undergraduate students, curricular interns and PhD students (researchers) are accepted in this residence. You will need to provide a letter of university acceptance or a curricular internship agreement to confirm your reservation. NOT ALL ROOMS HAVE A BALCONY. ROOMS WITH A BALCONY WILL BE ASSIGNED BASED ON AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. The apartments are located between the ground floor and the 3rd floor.
