Welcome! Fully equipped and convenient two bedroom 3rd-floor apartment in the Heart of Athens (hosts 2 people), one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (metro, bus, railway), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for families, loving couples and friend groups. Where all great stories begin. Super-comfortable 55sqm apartment on the 3rd floor of a well-organized and tidy building, right next to the heart of the city, Athens. Offering two rooms with a double bed, and one desk each, a kitchen, a bathroom and a front-view balcony, the apartment is ideal for families, friends and traveling groups of up to 4 persons. Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the room has the possibility to accomodate 1-2 more people, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost. The apartment is pretty close to other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone! The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 20-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia and Victoria metro stations are only 5-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops, around the apartment, are also at hand to ease your transportation all around the city. The Neighbourhood: A truly boheme neighbourhood in the heart of Athens. Historic urban neighbourhood, one of the last authentic and unspoiled in Europe. Famous for its artistic essence and boheme aura, it is mostly inhabited and frequented by artists, musicians, writers, actors and creative minds. Low-paced daily routine, yet with plenty of nightlife choices, the neighbourhood will make you fall in love with the youthful urban lifestyle, from relaxing cafeterias and lively art spaces to alternative bars and picturesque restaurants. Pedion A(hidden) Park and Lycabettus Hill are also great options for your morning walks, or even workouts - in case you’re the active type of person! The terrace of the apartment building where I live (3 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks. Access to the apartment: You have access to all the rooms of the apartment. Communication with guests: We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible.
