THE ROOM The room is a spacious single room (14 mq - 145 sq.ft.), quiet. THE FLAT The flat is bright and airy, 1st floor w/o lift, with a fitted kitchen with all you need, from oven and hob, down to forks and knives, shared dining room and bathroom with shower, balcony, it is fully furnished and has been redecorated and thoroughly restored in 2021. The flat is equipped with a Fiber high velocity connection, capable of a download rate of 2.5 Gbps and 3 Gbps in upload. The flat is conveniently located also for shops (supermarket is literally across the street), banks, post office and public transport (bus/train/tram). SUMMARY OF COSTS The month will have to be paid in full, even if the stay is shorther than a month. The average cost of the utilities will be around €70-90 per month per person based on 4 ppl share. In this estimate, utilities cost includes gas for heating, hot water, cooking, electricity, fast dsl connection and biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the flat.
