The room is part of a newly built, 2018 house (with separate staircase and entrance to first floor). The house is very near to the public transportation (Station “Aspern Nord” U2, S-Bahn, Bus 95A). Room details: 11m2, first floor (no elevator), 1 comfortable bed, 1 desk with chair, wardrobe, cupboard and roll cage. Common areas (only for 2 persons) details: first floor nord, kitchen with cooking equipment, lobby and bathroom & WC with washing machine. (Please notice: - We are doing our garden / outdoor area, therefore the outdoor area is a construction area. - Even our area is very safe and quiet, we have some cameras (video and sound recording) at the house outside entrance and at house inside (entrance hall on the ground floor) and at the garden area. Transportation details: about 11 minutes walk from our house or 7 minutes by Bus 95A to the Subway station (U2) and S-Bahn station (S80, REX and R). The bus stop (95A) is about 3 minutes walk away from our house. You have free parking without parking fee on the street in front or nearby of our house. We (WU Vienna-Graduate, Ex-Buddy WU-Exchange Students) are a "young" family and looking for a male tenant, which is friendly, quiet, tidy, clean, kind and no-smoking person. Da Neubau, somit fast alles so gut wie neu und schön! Lage: Das Haus liegt 11 Gehminuten oder 7 Minuten Bus-Fahrzeit (95A) von der UBahn-Station (U2)- und S-Bahn-Station (S80) “Aspern Nord”. Die 95A-Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus. Die Ubahn U2 hat 3 direkten Ubahnstationen für WU, Uni-Wien und TU) Mit der U2 "Aspern Nord" zum: Praterstern: ca. 17 Min., Stadtzentrum Stephansplatz: ca. 29 Min., Krieau (WU): ca. 17 Min., Karlsplatz (TU-Wien): ca. 28 Min, . Schottentor (Uni-Wien): ca. 20 Min., veterinärmedizinische Universität Wien: ca. 28 Min. Mit der S-Bahn: ca. 22 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, ca. 18 Minuten zu Wien Mitte Landstraße Hauptstraße. Parkplätze sind auf der Straße bzw. auf den Straßen vorhanden.
