The kitchen is fully equipped and is located in the 40 m2 living area. It is equipped with a spacious sofa, a dining table with seating for 6 people, cable TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a Bose I-Phone docking station. The two bedrooms are each equipped with double beds, which in a quiet atrium leading windows guarantee undisturbed night hours. The immediate proximity to the center allows inner-city tours, without relying on cars or public transport. The domicile is located in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna University of Technology and the famous Kunsthalle café on Karlsplatz, which is mainly frequented by Vienna's creative industry. At the same time it is one of the most important transport hubs in the Austrian capital, guaranteeing first-class access to public transport. If one of your destinations is not within walking distance - the station Karlsplatz can be reached on foot in 2-3 minutes and offers with the underground lines U1, U2 and U4 and numerous other tram and bus connections in virtually all directions. The hotspots in the immediate vicinity include the Kunsthalle Wien, Karlskirche, the Musikverein and the Wiener Staatsoper, as well as the popular Naschmarkt. The very spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable king-size couch that invites you to sit together or watch TV - flatscreen & cable TV are available. For surfing the Internet and checking e-mails, our guests are of course free Wi-Fi with high-speed Internet available. For music listening a Bose docking station for iPhone is ready; Radio can be received via the TV. Meals can be prepared and served on the dining table for up to 6 people in the kitchen, which is equipped with a cooker, fridge and freezer, extractor hood, dishwasher, various coffee-making facilities (Nespresso, filter coffee), kettle, cookware, dishes and cutlery. The two bedrooms each have a double bed, in the larger of the two there is a spacious wardrobe, in which the cloakroom can be accommodated. The bathroom has a bath and sink with mirror, for the daily personal care are of course always fresh towels and a hairdryer ready for our guests. There is a one-time cleaning fee of 40€.
