The apartment consists of a very large and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bathroom with shower and a very spacious living room. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, which can go up to 3 in case of a family of 5 people, since the bedroom is very wide. The apartment is complete with a spacious terrace, on which is a pleasure to have eat at every hour of the day. The apartment is very bright, since it is on the 4th floor, is provided with elevator. **IMPORTANT SPECIAL CONDITIONS ** For this apartment, the following rental conditions apply: 1) electricity is not included but paid upon consumption (0,60€ kw/h). Gas, water, common costs, and internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only a passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also a VISA or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay). RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that. - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
