Located in the Fiera Milano City district, the apartment is within easy reach of some of the city's main attractions. Just 1 km away you can visit the famous Cenacolo Vinciano and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, while the modern CityLife district, with its green areas and exclusive shopping opportunities, can be reached in a few minutes. The area is well served by public transport, allowing you to easily explore the rest of Milan. By choosing Vincenzo Monti 52, guests will have the opportunity to live an authentic experience in the heart of Milan, enjoying an elegant environment and a strategic position to discover the wonders of the city. We inform you that starting from September 7, and until the end of the works, a construction site will be active for the complete renovation of the roof of the condominium. Starting from this date, the scaffold is scheduled to be assembled, which will affect the facades of the building and the surrounding common areas. At the moment it is not possible to predict exactly the level of noise or the degree of disturbance that the works may cause, but it is likely that there will be inconvenience related to noise, dust and the presence of workers during working hours, approximately between 8:00 and 17:00, from Monday to Friday (unless modified by the executing company). We apologize as of now for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. The check out between 17th April and 26th April 2026 included is not allowed...
