The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. First floor with elevator. It's a doorman building. The flat is composed by 2 double room with private bathrooms and 3 single room(so max. 7 person in the flat) and 4 restructured bathrooms in total. One of them is only for the private room! There is also a fully equipped kitchen with 2 tables, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc.. The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment and private bathroom. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30.
