THE ROOM Beautiful and spacious new single room in a renovated apartment with queen size bed, spacious wardrobe, bed side tables, desk and chairs. THE FLAT The flat is situated at the raised ground floor with elevator. As you can see in the apartment plan photos, the flat will be shared by 5 people maximum. There are 4 bedrooms: 3 single rooms that share one bathroom and a double room that share a second bathroom. The kitchen/living area is composed of a table with chairs and a spacious sofa with TV to enjoy roommates moments :) THE AREA Closest metro station is Udine, green metro line at 4 minutes walking distance (400 meters). Perfect position for Politecnico and to reach the city center area RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost" - ⁠In case of bookings longer than 6 months but shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 80€ for a studio, and 100€ for one-bedroom apartments. - In case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 150€ for a studio, and 200 € for one-bedroom apartments...
