It’s brand new and full of light. We created a student friendly living space and used the material which transform the apartment into peacefull environement with vivant colors. We wanted to give it a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the- go meals.The kitchen comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, nice glasses, sharp knives. The apartment offers a double bed (160cm), roomy closets, a washing machine, and free wifi (100Mb). The apartment is located in a very calm neighborhood but you can quickly reach the center of Berlin and shopping areas. Going the various spots of the Freie Universität is very easy. It’s just 5 mins walk to U3 / Breitenbachplatz, less than 10 mins walk to U9 / Schlossstrasse, less than 10 mins bike ride to Freie Universität’s m(hidden)uilding on Thiele Allee (the first Institutes, like Pharmazie, are only 3 mins ride away). If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment. Please Note: The rental deposit is one month's rent: - for the WG/ private room: Handover fee 100€ - for studio /apartment): Handover fee 150€ If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest. Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties.
