About the flat: This 3 room apartment on the 2nd floor with 69m2 living space is located in a newly built house in a quiet residential area just 15 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes on foot from the popular Nordbahnviertel and Austria Campus . The flat is rented with all the furniture necessary for comfortable living. It is currently furnished with 2 double beds (160 cm), desks and wardrobes in the separately accessible rooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining table in the living room. In the bathroom there is a washing machine connection, but most of previous renters have been using the modern laundry room with two washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. Dishes, bedsheets, towels and cleaning equipment will be provided as well. It is therefore possible to just pack your suitcase and move in straight away. If some of the furniture is not needed (e.g. the second bed) it can of course be removed. In case of longer rental periods (more than 2 years) the flat can also be rented completely empty.
