Because I'm going abroad for 7 weeks (May 1 until June 18), I'm renting out my room at the Molenstraat in Nijmegen. The room is 13 square meters and is located in a student house, where we live with 11 people (4 men (including myself) and 7 women), who are age 18-25. The house consists of three floors, and on every floor there's a shared kitchen, toilet and shower. My room is located on the second floor, so I share the kitchen, toilet and shower with three other people. The Molenstraat is located in the middle of the city center. It is also the street with some of the most popular bars/pubs in the city, so a lot of people are going out here every week. Our house is located above a pub called 'de Tempelier', and other popular bars are only a few meters away. There's a supermarket across the street, a McDonald's, snackbars, shops, etc. So basically all you need is very nearby. This means that there's also a downside; it's always crowded and you'll always hear noises outside, but you'll get used to that pretty quick. In 10 minutes you walk to the central station, and the Radboud University / HAN are 15 minutes away by bike. The room has two closets, a fridge, a sink, a double bed, a sleeping couch, a desk and a small table, as you can see in the pictures. Please contact me if you need more information...
