Location The building is located at a 5 min walking distance from Erasmus Medical Centre, Hogeschool Museumpark and the Nieuwe Binnenweg. Metro stop Dijkzicht is down the street, which provides easy access to the city center and a direct metro to Erasmus University. Of course you can also just bike around Rotterdam, city center is within 5-10 min biking distance. There are mostly international students and young professionals living in the building, so you can make some friends if you wish so, or you can keep to yourself, as the studio is completely private. It’s possible for you to register with city hall. The Studio We provides fully furnished and hooked-up studios and apartments. You can just move in without any worries about furniture or utilities. The studio is well isolated and the kitchen includes what you would need to cook yourself a meal. There is plenty of storage space in the studio, a washing machine and a dryer, microwave and an oven. Wifi isn't included (yet) but it can be arranged very easily. Located at the 2nd floor. Other facilities This studio provides access to the shared roof terrace which provides a great view over the skyline of Rotterdam. Every separate unit of the building has their own heating so you can easily accommodate your own preference. Further it includes supplies like a vacuum cleaner, iron board and flatiron as well as towels and beddings. The general spaces are being cleaned every 2/3weeks and our tenants will be able to make use of the services of our cleaning staff for their apartments. - Furniture can be moved around to accommodate your wishes. It’s possible for you to register at city hall. The studio is suitable for singles or couples. For a second tenant we charge €45 for additional usage. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
