The last month rent is included in deposit. The price is fixed for an min 6 month rental term. For a short rental term applicable price adjustment up (300eur/monthly) ,others you agreed with owner before the booking. The registration is not applicable for short rental term. All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer /cash, as agreed. The deposit could be paid by bank transfer &should be settled on account by the check in moment already /only by cash at the check in.
