The flat is located in via Albert Einstein 13, just off Viale Marconi. It's a lovely penthouse (60 sq.m) with a great view from a beautiful terrace (60 sq.m) where you can enjoy an open view all over Rome. Right opposite is the 'gazometro'. The flat is 10 minutes walk from Trastevere train station (with fast trains to and from Fiumicino International Airport ) in a very lively area full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias and cafes; nevertheless, both the apartment and the terrace are very quiet, being on the top floor of a building in a inner lane. Testaccio with its nightlife is at walking distance and there are plenty of buses taking you to the modern EUR area in 10 minutes as well as Termini Central Station and to the historical center. But you may also take a walk to the ancient Rome in less than 30 minutes. By metro (Piramide Station) you can reach the seaside of Ostia with beaches and restaurants in 30 minutes. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a small studio with a single bed. Washing machine and dishwasher, A/C. Lovely roof terrace with table, chairs, umbrellas. There is fast WI-FI and A/C. You don't need to have a car to live here as the facilities of the area are countless and you will easily feel part of the real Rome, being one step away from Trastevere, Testaccio, the historical center and the tourist area. If you want to hang around by bike, there is a cycle path along the river which you can easily reach from home in 3 minutes.
