*Starting rent 9nd July* This house is nice and light and has three rooms with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The house is around the corner of the city centre and a park (only one minute biking) and also close to the university of Utrecht (both HU and UU, at 10 minutes biking). Central Station is five to ten minutes biking. We rent this room to international students only, for one year, starting early (1st July 2016-1st July 2017) and already furnished! So you can move in right away! We ask administration costs of 240 euro. IMPORTANT: Rent is exclusive the service cost, this will be maximum 50euro per month for internet, gas, water and electricity.
