We are renting out our lovely furnished apartment in Berlin-Pankow. The apartment is very centrally located, just a short walk from Vinetastraße U-Bahn station. Alexanderplatz can be reached in only around 15 minutes by U2. The apartment is approximately 64 m2 and is rented fully furnished. It also has a spacious balcony facing a very quiet inner courtyard, with a small breakfast table, making it a lovely spot to sit outside. The apartment features a large open-plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen units, a stove and a refrigerator. The living area includes a sofa, dining table and chairs. There are two additional rooms. The smaller room is currently used as a bedroom but can easily be set up as a home office if preferred. The larger room can be used as a bedroom or adapted to suit your needs. The apartment comes furnished, but please note that the photos show the apartment as it is currently being rented out. Some of the furniture and details may therefore change slightly before move-in, while the overall setup will remain similar. Kitchenware, dishes and household textiles are not included by default. However, this is negotiable. If there are certain items you would like us to provide, we are happy to discuss this with you. The apartment is available from 15 October.
