The apartment includes a comfortable bedroom, private bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning and internet. The bedroom can be arranged with one double bed or two single beds, making the apartment suitable for one person, a couple or two friends/colleagues sharing. -Dedicated work or study areas can also be arranged, including two separate workspaces if needed, making it particularly suitable for remote workers, researchers or people coming to Porto for a temporary professional or academic stay. One of the things that makes the property special is its outdoor space. Guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool and large garden, as well as a small vegetable garden and aromatic herbs. If you enjoy gardening, you are very welcome to use the vegetable and herb garden and even help care for it.
