Die Technische Universität München ist mit dem Fahrrad 7 min Entfernt. 
Ein Block weiter befindet sich die Anatomische Anstalt der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. The location is perfect for students.

Shopping facilities are just around the corner. Bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and doctors are just a few minutes away.
