This charming 26 m2 studio in Lisbon is the ideal retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. The open-plan living area features a versatile bed, for an extra guest, that converts into a sofa, a TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals or working remotely. The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. You’ll also find ample storage for your belongings, making longer stays more comfortable. Although there's no wall or door dividing them, the two sleeping areas are partially separated by the placement of furniture, offering a sense of privacy and added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A dishwasher is also provided for easy cleanup. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort and peace of mind, the studio is professionally cleaned before each arrival. BE AWARE THAT THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
