I am subletting one of my rooms to reduce my living costs. The apartment is a beautiful old-style flat located directly next to a park and features three balconies in total. The room is only partially furnished, as I currently do not have a complete bed. The subtenant can either bring their own bed, or I can provide one for an additional furniture fee. The apartment is spacious enough for both of us to have our own personal space. There is a large shared living and dining area, as well as everything else needed for comfortable daily living. I am self-employed and therefore spend a lot of time working from home. The room has two windows facing a quiet dead-end street.
